Director of Enterprise Sales

Breef is seeking a Director of Enterprise Sales to join our dynamic, fast growing team. This individual will be responsible for driving strategic revenue growth, developing new business, and growing our user-base among strategic brands.

As the Director of Enterprise Sales, you will play an integral role in bringing Breef to enterprise organizations - ultimately reshaping their approach to outsourcing and agency spend. We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter who can set the foundation for this channel and consistently deliver against increasing revenue goals. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the digital landscape, modern marketing teams and a willingness to embrace a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Your day to day is to...

  • Define, execute, and own an engagement plan for key prospects
  • Drive significant growth in the market for both existing and new enterprise clients, achieving or exceeding established quotas
  • Manage complete and complex sales-cycles, presenting to marketing teams + C-suite leaders on the value of our product 
  • Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement, while creating satisfied and referenced customers
  • Foster positive relationships within our enterprise market segment, looking for opportunities to add value for the customer and develop additional revenue
  • Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest
  • Track all customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in our CRM
  • Identify and close quick, small wins while managing longer, complex sales cycles
  • Collect market intelligence and competitive information
  • Co-sell some deals with our Co-Founders + Brand Leads
  • Prioritize opportunities and apply appropriate resources
  • Collaborate in a fast-paced environment with multiple team members 
  • Set the foundation for growing, building and managing your own sales team

You’ll be successful in this role if you have…

  • 6+ years of relevant skills or equivalent experience in  sales, business development or partnerships within a marketing, agency or technology setting 
  • The ability to reach and develop relationships with marketing teams and C-level executives in key verticals
  • Knowledge about the digital / creative needs of established brands, translating those needs into compelling sales tactics 
  • Strong understanding of other growth channels within an organization (paid media, partnerships, etc)
  • Strong business acumen and appreciation for reporting and data
  • Extreme attention to detail and the unspoken 
  • Experience working autonomously

Note: As a remote work company, we support remote work. The Breef team will be mostly remote through 2022. We have offices in both NYC and Colorado and meet in-person frequently.
