How long is each agency call?

Each call is scheduled for 45 minutes. This gives your teams enough time to get to know one another and dive deeper into the details of your project.

Do I need to prepare anything?

Make sure to review your agency pitches, the meeting agenda, and Breef’s Intro Call Overview ahead of your calls. Come prepared with any questions you'd like to ask the agencies.

What if I need to reschedule a call?

Sign into your Breef Dashboard to update your availability — the agency will reschedule the Intro Call accordingly.

Will the Breef Team be present on the call?

The Breef Team will not be present on your intro calls. We'll check in after to hear how it went and share next steps!

What can I expect after the call?

Your shortlisted agencies will follow up with next steps based on your discussions. We're here to help request any revised proposals and coordinate follow-up calls as you work towards your decision!
