How do I get started on Breef?

Being a part of the Breef Community means joining the largest network of agencies, globally. We’re always looking to onboard new agencies, contractors, and consultants. It is free to join Breef, and you can get started here.

Once you have created a Breef Account, you’ll be asked to submit an application in order to receive curated project opportunities from leading brands. We review every application internally to uphold the standard of exceptional work that is produced by our agency partners.

What is the Breef process for agencies?

Being a part of the Breef Community means joining the largest network of agencies, globally.

Once you create a Breef Account, you’ll be asked to submit an application in order to receive access to curated project opportunities. We review every application internally to uphold the standard of exceptional work that is produced by our agency partners.

When you receive a project invitation, you’ll be invited to submit a project pitch through the platform. If you are shortlisted by the client, you’ll be guided through introductory calls, negotiations, and the final Scope of Work.

If you are successful in winning a client project on Breef, all contracts and payments will be managed through the platform. We take a referral fee off the full price of that project for the first 12 months. This fee is considered and calculated when an agency submits a pitch on the platform.

What does Breef cost for agencies?

Breef is free to join! Getting invited to projects and submitting pitches to brands on Breef is also free.

Agencies that are successful in winning a client project on Breef pay a referral fee based on the project spend. All payments to agencies are made through the Breef platform.

How do payments work on Breef?

Agencies are paid through the Breef Platform via direct ACH. It is up to brands and agencies to negotiate payment schedules. You can track the status of all payments for your project within the Breef Platform.

Is Breef available globally?

Yes, we have brands and agencies in over 25 countries. You can post projects from anywhere in the world (subject to local law). The Breef platform is governed by the laws of the United States of America. If you are paying outside of the U.S., let your Marketing Strategist know.

Brands and agencies can contract in whatever jurisdiction they choose; however, you must adhere to Breef’s specific policies around circumventing our service and include our Project Exhibit (including standard terms) in your agreement.
