Frequently asked questions

Here are some common questions to help you prepare for Pitch Day.
How long is the call?

Each call is scheduled for 45 minutes. This gives your teams enough time to get to know one another and dive deeper into the details of the project.

What if I need to reschedule my Pitch Day?

Sign into your Breef Dashboard and select a new time to meet with the client. We'll update the calendar invite accordingly.

Who should I add to the call?

There’s no need to add your whole team, but we do recommend including at least one person who will be working directly with the client on their project.

Will the Breef Team be present on the call?

We will not be present on your call. Our role is to prepare you for Pitch Day and keep the project moving forward (hopefully in your direction!).

How should I follow up with the client after Pitch Day?

Follow-up with the client directly and share a refined proposal that reflects your conversation. Remember to keep connect@breef.com cc’d on all communication with the client.
